In addition to my Celebrant services, I also offer a helping hand with the days set up of suppliers, and ensure a smooth preparation of the wedding party.  

On your big day the last thing you need is to be taking calls about the delivery of the cake, or the postcode of the venue because the Sat Nav has sent them to a field of sheep? Let me be the key contact so you can focus on the lovely moments of getting ready and greeting guests.

I have tired and tested templates that you can have to input all your suppliers into one document that I simply use on the day to seamlessly ensure everything goes to plan.

Think of me as a fairy godmother ( or maybe fairy PA!)  Gently guiding guests to each planned section with calm elegant manoeuvring, and the occasional announcement. I also check in with you throughout the day discretely and ensure you feature everything planned, champagne tower, cake cutting, first dance ...... even when time might feel like its running away with you!

Having  an on day coordinator helps guests feel they are in safe hands, wedding guest love to be included with the flow of the day.
